Opposite the Casino in Dinard, Crêperie Côté Mer has been taken over by a couple who changed careers in order to pay homage to their native region. The perfect place to savour traditional Breton fare after the beach.
Whether on the sheltered terrace or in the dining room with its nautical décor, you are guaranteed a warm welcome at Côté Mer - a good indication of the enjoyable experience to come. Delphine and Stephen are committed to using 100% Breton buckwheat and local artisan produce. Stephen, who trained at the Maître Crêpier school, has a gift for marrying flavours and creating moist crêpes and crispy galettes (buckwheat pancakes). Produce from land and sea are combined in the fillings, an excellent example being the "Côté Mer", with scallops, melted leeks and beurre blanc sauce. The fruit fillings for the crêpes are also freshly prepared for extra sweetness.
