This is arguably the most innovative restaurant in Brittany. If you’ve come to Henri & Joseph, it's because you totally trust Philippe Le Lay, the chef who'll be taking your order in person. And you’d be right to trust him, because, as his wife Fabienne explains, “who better to talk about his cooking?" Offering a single set menu, he loves to rework classic dishes (like guinea fowl with foie gras sauce), giving you something to mop up with your bread and desserts which are not overly sweet. And it is all cooked in front of your very eyes! A totally unique experience. You’ll also find two Henri & Joseph shops in Lorient, where you can treat yourself to macaroons, teas, chocolates, fine oils etc. Both establishments are run by Fabienne Le Lay - the lady of the house – who, despite her formal training in the luxury hotel industry, loves to break away from the norm.
