Come to Kermoor’s ‘Village de la Mer’ for a feel good experience with its jet-stream, swimming pool, 80m2 spa area with sea view, Jacuzzi and more. You’ll be so relaxed and in touch with the elements, but don't forget to try the food – it will blow you away! They serve some of the finest fish, including turbot, John Dory, sea bass and lobster. In fact, “lobster is my signature dish”, points out the chef, Philippe Cassegrain. Actually his speciality is “lobster stew cooked in cider à l’armoricaine (local sauce with white wine, Cognac, tomatoes, and butter), wonderful for a romantic meal overlooking the sea! Other dishes include steamed fish, seared scallops, nothing is ever over-cooked. Philippe Cassegrain would never spoil such marvellous produce.
