Roast langoustines, polenta in lime, and sea bass in crab sauce… But the great specialty of the house is raw fish. But don't think for a moment that the chef, a butcher’s son who shares his kitchen with his son, will fail to lavish care on your raw fish! He will prepare it with delicacy and care - tartare or in maki, spice it carefully, and serve it with crunchy colourful vegetables. But you may prefer the suckling pig or the young rabbit with Guéméné chitterling sausage!
