Right by the water, a hotel-restaurant-spa in the latest style... like the nouvelle cuisine, signed Michaël Tanguy.
A startling building perched on the rocks! When you're sitting in the restaurant, bathed in light from all sides, you feel as if you're flying over the bewitching Côte de Granit Rose (Pink Granite Coast). You can see the Sept Iles (Seven Islands) in the distance! This restaurant really is different, not just for the setting but the dishes, with new textures and flavours brought back to Brittany by Michaël Tanguy after his years in exile working for some of the best chefs. Here the best Breton produce gives is used, but with a new twist. Try raw and cooked langoustines on a celery risotto with black truffles. Follow them with sea urchin in frothy yuzu butter sauce, with simmered lobster and Aquitaine caviar...The uncooked lemon soufflé with nutmeg chocolate fondant will put the finishing touch to your pleasure! The meal over, there’s still the hotel and spa!
