This association offers daytrips to explore Morlaix Bay, the Isle of Batz, Roscoff and Taureau fortress by train, boat and on foot.
Explore the alleyways and steps of Morlaix, discover the beautiful houses of Pondalez and the impressive viaduct. Here in the Léon region, take your seat in the panoramic railcar to learn more about market gardening near Saint-Pol, thalassotherapy, or what they make with seaweed at Roscoff…After taking the boat to the Isle of Batz discover the scenery by bike. Don’t forget to visit Taureau fort or Louët island. Since 1999, the association ‘Léon, à fer et à flots’, (‘Leon by rail or by water’) offers daytrips, on foot, by train and by boat, to visit Morlaix Bay, and the Léon area; an unusual kind of trip, combining discovery and relaxation and accompanied by a professional guide. For the last 5 years, the association has also been organizing trips to Trégor, where the land meets the sea, the Plouigneau eco- museum, and the Barnenez cairn...
