A land of urban jazz
From 2pm to one in the morning, there’s only one rule in town – wander round, explore and travel through the land of jazz! When Vannes opens its floodgates in summer, the ramparts of the old town are stormed by jazz and blues legends who get everyone’s feet tapping to the sound of trumpets, drums and clarinets. If you want meet the performers, head to the ‘QG artistique’ area, where musicians meet up and educational workshops are laid on, while the ‘Tremplin National’ event puts new talent in the spotlight. And if you need a break later on – a musical break, of course – you can check out the town’s hottest nightclubs.
