2020 Breton stars and sustainable gastronomy

Brittany now has three restaurants with two stars and 40 with one star. This distinction honours chefs’ audacity and creativity. This year, four new establishments have been rewarded in Brittany. Nicolas Carro at Hôtel de la Plage (formerly restaurant Patrick Jeffroy) in Carantec, Jérémie Louis at Château de Locguénolé, Tugdual Debéthune at restaurant Holen in Rennes and Anthony Avoine at Manoir de Lan Kerellec in Trébeurden join the star-awarded chefs in 2020!

This year, a new award recognises environmentally-conscious chefs with the “sustainable gastronomy” selection. Thus, a new green icon has been added to Le Coquillage in Cancale, Le Petit Hôtel du Grand Large in Portivy and Ar Men Du in Nevez.
