At the heart of a 31-hectare contemporary sculpture park, the Château des Pères is the new must-see attraction close to Brittany’s capital. The Table des Pères gastronomic restaurant, run by Jérôme Jouadé, former finalist in the TV show ‘Le Meilleur Menu de la France’, is an ode to natural, local cuisine. The chef gets his inspiration from seasonal fruits and vegetables, with ingredients gathered in the château’s grounds (wild herbs, mushrooms, fir tips etc.) giving his cuisine a special twist. Tucked away inside this former feudal manor house, the Table des Pères is perfectly complemented by its décor and surroundings. To spice up the magic of the setting on summer evenings, the chef offers a unique gourmet experience: a gastronomic meal six metres high in the trees!
