Founded in June 2023, Algues et colibri is a seaweed farm located in a privileged setting, opposite St Malo, between the Ile de Cézembre and the Fort de la Conchée.
I offer seaweed tasting and discovery trips on the foreshore, as well as sea outings to learn more about the seaweed farming profession. During this outing, we'll be visiting my sea concession off the coast of St Malo, where we'll also be having a seaweed tasting.
