  • No more American pancakes! These days, in her crêperie between land and sea in Brittany, Bernadette cooks amazing crispy crêpes!

    A little corner of paradise between a hiking trail and the sea. A crêperie for customs officials? No, not just for them, as Bernadette Petillon throws wide open the doors of this rustic former farm. Bernadette has finally settled down! She used to sell sweet crêpes and savoury pancakes from a van, and even took her griddle as far as the States! But only in a manner of speaking has she settled down, as there's still an explosion of flavours for your taste buds! They rush in, fizz, explode and disperse wonderfully… Try small scallops, prawns, and julienne vegetables, or the Shepherdess (La Bergere) with chives, Emmental cheese, leeks, and crème fraîche, topped with coarsely grated melted goats' cheese… And in honour of the traditional Glazick headdress comes the ‘Porleden’, all crispy and shaped like a gavotte where the crispy crêpe is used as a base for ice cream…
