The scallops here are cooked in Kari Gosse - a local mixture of spices – and quiches are made in buckwheat pancakes rather than puffed pastry for a new take on the dish. You’ll even find desserts in which the chocolate has been turned into a mosaic. On your journey, you’ll also meet locally grown vegetables, hand-made sausages, local ciders, organic apple juice, eggs from Le Patis in Caro, a nearby farm etc.
