  • Aboard the latest generation of sand yachts, Erwan Chapalain invites you to discover the pleasures of driving on sand in the heart of Douarnenez Bay.

St Anne La Palud offers beginners’ sessions and advanced classes for all sorts of people. Throughout the year, Erwan Chapalain gives beginners introductory sessions on devices designed for fun. Fitted with a body that allows you to lie back and with mud flaps, these yachts offer good visibility and maximum comfort. They are fast machines and their rigs easy to handle. “In just a quarter of an hour, beginners are able to control their yachts and start to enjoy themselves,” notes the instructor. Fitted with a helmet, gloves and goggles, take advantage of 2 miles of sand at the back of Douarnenez Bay. In a group or alone, from the age of 9, it just takes a phone call to book 75 minutes of driving on the sand. To vary the pleasures, you can also hire equipment to go surfing, wave skiing or paddleboarding.
