Astonishing colours, impressive wrecks: dive with the Groix Suba Grec Club, and you’ll embark on an underwater safari.Open, from Easter to November in Port Tudy, the club has at its disposal twenty full sets of equipment and two inflatables to transport a total of 32 divers. Aided by volunteers, Jean-Michel Crouzet, a professional instructor, invites you to take your first dive from the age of 8, to explore and to train for levels 1 to 3. “Pouldurec Beach is ideal for a first dive, explained Jean-Michel, but it is also enjoyable for experienced divers. We also offer environmental training courses. In Groix, I have counted 60 species of sea slug, and they’re very pretty! There’s also the wreck of a German submarine, which sank in 1942.” To encourage a friendly approach, at the Groix Suba Grec Club and to make the pleasure last, groups will share a barbecue on the club terrace once they are back from their trip.
