  • This warm and contemporary eatery, situated within the walls of the Lann Roz Hotel, was awarded a Michelin star in February 2019. In the kitchen, you will find a couple with a passion for rustic vegetables, forgotten aromatic herbs, organic producers and winegrowers.

    Laetitia and Stéphane Cosnier worked in prestigious eateries for 15 years. They opened their first establishment in Angers in 2005 before setting up the Côté Cuisine restaurant in Carnac in 2012. The eatery has a serene atmosphere thanks to furniture manufactured by local artisans, a pergola as well as an open-plan kitchen. “Our aim is to offer simple and tasty seasonal fare. The menu changes every couple of weeks depending on the availability of locally-produced ingredients including fish. We favour seafood such as line-caught pollack that we cook with seaweed and complement with “violin” courgettes (a variety of long thin curved courgettes originating from Provence). Our signature dish is roasted lobster with sweetbread cooked in salted butter and served with seasonal accompaniment. We collaborate closely with the oyster farmers of the Golfe du Morbihan and our roasted fillet of beef with an oyster tartare cooked in a red wine jus is very popular.”
