  • Binic’s history is founded on cod. At the An Arvor it is beautifully served with buckwheat galettes as are all the other types of seafood.

“I used to work in Lamballe, but I missed the sea!” When you’re sitting on the terrace of the An Arvor in Binic, you don’t have to look far, it’s right there just in front of you. The sea, the harbour, the boats… In short, the best possible setting to enjoy a galette (savoury buckwheat pancake) filled of course with "scallops from Saint-Brieuc Bay”! Laetitia and Laurent L’Hostis even pay tribute to the old Newfoundland fishermen in their cod galette served in a cider cream sauce, to be enjoyed with a Paimpol cider. “Very crispy, buttery” galettes adds Laetitia. It's a pleasure to see a crêperie so in tune with its Breton setting. Look, there’s even an ice cream and buckwheat honey crêpe! Also look out for the homemade foie gras, ‘potée bretonne’ (traditional Breton dish made with meat and vegetables), and cod and scallop dishes…
