  • From the concept crêpe to the traditional box bed on display, you'll discover Alban Colin's passion and family history at this crêperie in Audierne.

Alban Colin took on the family establishment, An Dol Breizh, to keep tradition alive and satisfy his love of cooking. “I worked here through all my youth, I just had to stay involved”. When you see inside this Breton eatery, you'll understand Alban's attachment to the place. Amidst the stone walls covered in photos of Audierne, you can admire the facade of a traditional box bed as well as a traditional bar and dresser carved in wood. And once you taste the Bigoudène crêpe with apple compote, onion confit and local chitterlings sausage, you won’t want to go home. Another crêpe please, Chef! Try the ‘Viking’, a fishy duo of salmon and herring with preserved lemon and ginger. The menu here is definitely not set in stone and is all the better for it! Don’t forget to try the unforgettable ‘Concept’, a crunchy crêpe rolled like a parchment with banana and Chantilly cream.
