  • With a view of Saint-Brieuc Bay, could you eat anything other than fresh scallop galettes? No, of course you couldn’t!

“When I was a child we used to make crêpes like others made steak and chips!” Yes, but with real homemade chips and tasty steaks not the ones pumped full of water. Because for Jean-Christophe Parnet, running a crêperie is a serious business. Take note, the scallops at the Crêperie des Grèves are fresh! Yes, that’s right. “The shellfish come from the neighbouring mussel farm and the farmer delivers his organic milk to us himself,” and the vegetables are the same quality too. “I have to spoil my customers because a lot of them are local and they know their produce!” And with those words he’s got you! You sign up to the food and the setting, with its view of Saint-Brieuc Bay, the migratory bird reserve and the ever-changing tides.
