  • In a part of Morlaix that’s full of character, you’ll find an authentic Breton crêperie, in the shade of the aqueduct.

What a great crêperie this is, in the lovely handicrafts zone of Morlaix. Plenty of attention has been given to the decor here, with yellow and green floor tiles, walls with exposed stonework, wooden tables, textured wall paper and many decorative objects. You’ll take a liking to the Hermine as soon as you taste the ‘Galette de tartare d’algues’ - buckwheat pancake with kelp, seafood, garlic butter and crushed tomato filling. Try the owner’s ‘catch of the day’ like pan-fried tuna with six kinds of lemony sea-vegetables or otherwise ‘La Léonarde’ composed of sautéed artichoke hearts, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots and white wine sauce. Everything is in keeping with good taste and originality, including the hot and cold desserts which won’t disappoint you. Thirty years of experience for this crêperie full of youthful ideas!
