Open from May to November, the Club has showers and changing rooms, two aluminium motor boats, which can each take 20 people on board and around fifty complete sets of equipment. “The club invites all levels of diver from the beginner to the experienced,” announced Pascal Chateigner, director and instructor at Histoire d’Eau. “Everything is done to make it comfortable.” Groups are welcome as are children. From the age of eight, courses with five lessons enable them to discover the equipment and ensure their safety, allowing them to discover the underwater fauna and flora. During the summer season, the team expands to take on ten extra paid or volunteer instructors, who are hired to give training courses.
