Levée means a dyke and the hotel owes its name to the dyke that shelters Betton from the canal, which is nonetheless a very peaceful canal. This pretty, family hotel covered in ivy has nine personalised and comfortable bedrooms. You can also enjoy lunch on-the-go, on the terrace or even in your room. If you follow the Ille-et-Rance to the south, you’ll get to Rennes in 45 minutes by bike. If you’re sporty, set off in the opposite direction to Dinard and then Saint-Malo. There are some lovely sites on the way, including the 11 locks in Hédé and Léhon abbey. You can return by train.
