  • A dreamlike situation on the fishing port, in the calm, a New York loft-type setting, an adorable welcome and copious dishes: don’t miss it!

Redesigned with taste and warmth in 2015, La Coquille remains above all a true seafood restaurant. By way of proof, it is next to the offices of the navigator Roland Jourdain, several shipyards and the Concarneau fish market, which supplies all of its fish. The atmosphere is friendly and cosy at once. On fine days, the waterside terrace overlooking the walled town is delightful. In addition to cod, John Dory, sea bass, lobsters, crayfish and oysters, you can also enjoy pork cheeks in cider or beef fillet with seasonal vegetables. Jean-François Sicallac (former chef of Tour d’Argent) has been chef here since 2006 and can fusion gastronomy and simplicity like nobody else.
