Don your apron and make your own jams and other delicious products under the watchful eye of one of France's 'Master jam makers'. Simple ideas that you can put into practice quickly.
The Indeukeu family have passed their skills and know-how from parents to daughters, but they also enjoy passing on to willing apprentices the secrets of their craft, especially concerning their home-made top-of-the-range jams. In the Cour d'Orgères, their workshop right in the centre of Quiberon, you will learn how to create delicious sweet and sour puff-pastry rolls, duck 'verrines', goat's cheese with raspberries, strawberry and rhubarb and a host of other delights. And in the shop, you can select from some 70 different varieties of jam and a plethora of local produce including Breton cakes and home-made financiers. The family's love of cooking and fine foods is simply infectious.
