The convivial nature of this Champagne lover and Rennes football club fan (you’ll see signs of both his passions in the restaurant) is confirmed by the generous dishes he serves. So come and taste the young free-range pigeon served whole with foie gras and spring vegetables, the veal sweetbreads in light creamy morel mushroom sauce or the roasted sole in seaweed butter served with crushed potatoes. You’ll also have a chance to try the now famous and incomparable brill galette with spiced sausage tartare and enjoy the recently inaugurated baroque style lounge.
