The kitchens of this 19th-century hotel-restaurant, which have been completely renovated, produce refined and generous meals that pay homage to the treasures of the Armorican coast. Fish and seafood, game and Coco de Paimpol beans, of course, as well as artichoke, which the chef makes into purée, doughnuts and barigoule, as an accompaniment to a succulent Méné Bré squab. Here and there a little Asian touch enhances certain dishes, without distorting them, such as half-cooked satay tuna...
