    Pomme d’Api has a great story. It has everything, passion, romance, friendship and a love of food. It's the story of two young foodies from Brittany who want to share their passion with the world. Jessica Chelala is out front and Jérémie Le Calvez in the kitchen, not forgetting the rest of the equally youthful staff, all friends of the young couple. In short, a really close-knit team. Sit down to eat in this historic, elegant restaurant and you'll be sampling cutting-edge Brittany gastronomy. Formerly a high-flying pastry chef, Jérémie Le Calvez decided to become a restaurant chef when working in some of Brittany's finest kitchens. He chose Léon, a place which is the very definition of 'land of plenty', to set up on his own. Lobsters come decorated with a shower of ornate vegetables. Plates are full of colour and sublimely prepared produce, and, to greet you, there's Jessica's beaming smile.
