Here in the centre of Brittany’s lively capital, you are sure to fancy the buckwheat mille-feuilles with tartare of sea bream and citrus fruits or the parmentier of crab (covered in a layer of mashed potato) with cayenne pepper and lobster soup. You’ll find a bistro atmosphere and the type of down to earth dishes that go with it, like rosette of chitterlings sausage and baked potato, ravigote sauce...
