Priority is given to organic and local produce: here, everything is homemade from seasonal produce, meat and seafood bought from animal-friendly farmers. The clams, oysters and abalone - an exceptional dish - come from the island of Sein, and you can enjoy a Breton lobster stew or a line-caught sea bass. To accompany your meal, a selection of organic wines from small owners is available. On sunny days, it is possible to book in the garden at lunch time.
