    Once upon a time L'Air du Temps in Ergué-Gabéric was one of those grocer's-cum-bars you can still find in Brittany... and Ireland... but now it's definitely a crêperie, suffused with that particular shade of blue so typical of the Vendée area. L'Air du Temps in Ergué-Gabéric takes the time to find delicious top quality local produce like cider from Lézergué, Melenig or Plomelin, or flour from the flour mill. And at L'Air du Temps in Ergué-Gabéric you too must take the time to savour the seaweed smoked Molène sausage galette (savoury buckwheat pancake) and the Léonarde galette filled with pink onion compote and smoked bacon, before topping it all off with their namesake L'Air du Temps crêpe - sliced apples, ice-cream, salted butter toffee sauce - and all flambéd with cider brandy, or 'lambig'! This is Brittany, and there's nothing so good as spending some time at L'Air du Temps!
