L'Anthocyane, the trending place for gourmet dining
Restaurant ,  Gourmet cuisine at Lannion

  • Marc Briand's restaurant L'Anthocyane is THE place to eat in Lannion, with a highly-skilled chef who sets new trends in the dishes he creates and the quality of the ingredients used.

From the moment you arrive you'll be struck by the tastefulness and simplicity of this modern dining room, where it looks as if Andy Warhol has painted parts of Lannion on one of the walls. Feel free to go downstairs and see the wonderfully atmospheric wine-cellar. L'Anthocyane offers more surprises when your meal arrives, with the trend-setting, sophisticated cuisine of Marc Briand, three times finalist in the MOF chef's awards (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and rated 3 Toques in the prestigious Gault et Millau restaurant guide. These dishes display a high level of skill, as in the steamed scallops with lemon, the pineapple and coriander langoustine and the pigeon with rhubarb and ginger. Meanwhile the desserts, created by Emmanuel Lojou, make a perfect finale to this great fine dining experience.
