  • At Jean-Yves Guého’s restaurant, L'Atlantide, you’ll discover a certain art de vivre, with great food, sincerely presented and no sign of arrogance.

Try line-caught sea bass poached and inserted with slivers of truffle, young pigeon breast in Romanoff sauce, chilled spider crab with piquillo pepper ravioli, half lobster tail in fresh morel mushrooms and yellow wine or sautéed green asparagus, egg in a ramekin and French caviar. Jean-Yves Guého is an epicurean who loves to cook both gourmet and down to earth dishes, but always uses the best local produce. After working his way from Asia to the USA, he’s chosen a roof-top location in Nantes for his panoramic restaurant, L’Atlantide. With a view of all the city’s landmarks, you'll be sure to enjoy a great time, especially as Nathalie Guého keeps an eye on things as if you were family. Great simplicity and a sincere attitude are features here - rare things nowadays - so get along quick. Just make sure you book for the popular themed evenings held throughout the year.
