Installed since 2017 on the ground floor of Dialogues Musiques, extending from the famous Dialogues bookshop in Brest, Le Fleuriot proposes gastronomic cuisine focused on seafood.

This atypical venue, with bright and modern décor, is also a wine cellar This is the domain of the Brest chef Alain Lescop - who has worked in the famous Auberge des Glazicks - and his excellent team trained in star-awarded restaurants. The graphically presented dishes emphasise scallops from Brest bay served with salsify and spinach, “jus de barbe” and buckwheat crumble, or smoked cod with green asparagus maki and saffron hollandaise sauce.
