Sleeping in this magnificent neo-classical castle in the middle of a huge wooded park is an exceptional experience in itself. Chef Jérémie Louis , who has worked at Maison Bernard Loiseau (Saulieu) and Hostellerie de Plaisance (St-Émilion), is at the helm of this elegant restaurant, which was awarded with a Michelin star in 2020. He will continue to enhance regional products while subtly blending them with exotic flavours to reflect the new décor. The dining room will move, however, to join the roof terrace for greater ease. It will be sheltered with a large Victorian atrium evoking a comfortable conservatory, with an exceptional view of the ria. A second restaurant will also be opened in place of the gastronomic restaurant in a more relaxed bistro style.
