Le Paris-Brest by Christian Le Squer

The most gastronomic station buffet in Brittany
Restaurant in Rennes
  • In the brand new Rennes train station, Le Paris Brest reinvents railway catering: from the very modern and cosy décor to its emblematic Breton chef, it is captivating!

At first glance, you can't imagine being able to have such a good brunch, lunch or dinner in a place like this. Yet, at the top of the escalators and near the ticket counters is one of the most exciting restaurants in the Breton capital. Christian Le Squer, who is still at the controls of the 3-star restaurant at the George V in Paris, has opened here in this new standard of Breton architecture an establishment in his image: accessible, authentic, perfectionist and strongly attached to regional values. The menu is an ode to Brittany: candied and caramelised pork belly with stewed cabbage, catch of the day poached in buttermilk and herring pearls, roasted monkfish with Coco de Paimpol beans, and the iconic Paris-Brest for dessert, of course!
