    At this grand house near Vannes, discover Vincent David’s cuisine as he blends produce from the land and sea and combines traditional and contemporary styles. The smiling, bearded chef uses instinct in his cooking and definitely loves creating contrasts. Choose from monkfish medallions in a country-style chicken velouté, julienne of mange-tout and whipped watercress cream, boneless young pigeon cooked on one side served on ground cocoa beans or veal sweetbread topped with potato cake. A member of the 'Maître Cuisinier de France' association, David certainly knows his stuff when it comes to seafood and land grown produce. So what are you waiting for? Oh, I see, you can’t decide between the escalope of duck foie gras in poppy seeds with sautéed mango and red beetroot and balsamic vinegar coulis, or the cream of artichoke with sautéed duck foie gras – poor you!
