  • Surrounded by nature, this establishment takes an interest in its environment. The philosophy and the cuisine here are both eco-friendly.

It would be impossible for the Relais de Kergou’s restaurant not to be eco-friendly, when it is next to a hotel developed according to green building standards. The restaurant takes a green approach to its environment, products and producers. "In the kitchen, we try to favour produce from rational agriculture, local fishing etc." explains Jean-François Lorvellec, owner of the Relais de Kergou. You'll find line-caught sea bass and pollock as well as ling and hake from the nearby Lorient area. Try scallops served with an oatmeal purée or the mussel soup which comes with a hake rollmop. Honestly, you really have to come and try this original local cuisine which also includes guinea fowl, rib steak, pork and vegetable dishes. Not forgetting the desserts: apple tarte tatin, caramel tiramisu or chocolate fondant...
