The food is excellent, too: grilled lamb shank, served with haricot beans, tomato and cream, sautéed white pudding with roast apple and celery purée or delicious poached cod fillet...

There's something to suit all tastes and even the ‘choucroute de la mer au beurre blanc’ (seafood with pickled cabbage in a wine, lemon, cream and butter sauce), a recipe from Gaétan's parents, has reappeared on the menu by popular request.
