In her well-equipped workshop, Véronique trains the enquiring gourmets to toss crepes like a pro. With the bilig (pancake maker) in place and the rozell in one hand (roller to get the right pancake thickness), the master crepe-maker explains how to work the sweet wheat flour batter as well as the savoury...

With the bilig (pancake maker) in place and the rozell in one hand (roller to get the right pancake thickness), the master crepe-maker explains how to work the sweet wheat flour batter as well as the savoury buckwheat flour one. Véronique will share with you her tips on how to properly flick your wrist as well as how to fill your crepes with the best ingredients. Dispensed to groups of up to six people, the training can be basic (3 hours) or more in depth (5 hours). Like at home, the session will naturally end with a good meal in a relaxed family atmosphere.
