Les gîtes de la Madeleine

Located on the family farm since the 19th century, La Grange and Le Murmure des Pierres are former farm buildings that were completely renovated in 2012 and 2022. Since 2019, La Grange has been a tastefully decorated gîte combining tradition and modernity. More recently, in 2022, Le Murmure des Pierres, a traditional Breton farmhouse, was renovated to become a family gîte with a chic country feel.
Set in a charming hamlet just a stone's throw from the port of La Trinité-sur-mer and the beaches and megaliths of Carnac, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the place, only disturbed by the chirping of birds. The view over the countryside may also allow you to spot pheasants or roe deer as you enjoy breakfast on the terrace.

Nestling in the Carnac countryside, just a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches in Quiberon Bay, La Grange and Le Murmure des Pierres offer you elegance and modern comfort in characterful buildings surrounded by nature.
On foot or by bike, you can enjoy many walks by the sea or in the countryside, punctuated by numerous dolmens, menhirs and other cromlechs.
After a day of beaches and walks, you can relax in the heart of a typical Breton village, in one of these authentic granite houses.

La Grange gite offers you:
- On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and living room, a master suite (1 double bed) opening onto the terrace with dressing room and shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
- On the 1st floor: 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), a bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet and a mezzanine office area.
The large north/west-facing terrace lets you enjoy the sunshine at the end of the day. Private parking for 4 cars next to the gite. There is also a secure garage (shared) for motorbikes.

The Murmure des Pierres gite offers:
- On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and living room, a master suite (1 bed 160x200) opening onto the terrace with dressing room and shower room, a separate toilet with washbasin.
- On the 1st floor: 3 spacious bedrooms (2 x 160x200 beds and 2 x 90x200 single beds that can be converted into 180 beds), a bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet and a laundry area (combined washing machine/dryer).
- Outside, in enclosed grounds, there is a garden, a large south/west-facing wooden terrace and a sheltered barbecue area. Private parking for 4 cars with charging point. A secure garage (shared) is available for storing bikes/motorbikes. Sports equipment provided: mats, skipping rope, ball and weights.
Gite located next to the owners' house, not overlooked, and close to the gite La Grange. The small house at the edge of the gite garden is not occupied (future games/sports room).
