Fish and seafood near the Lorient marina
Restaurant, Gourmet cuisine in Lorient

  • Trained by Breton star-awarded chefs, Julien Corderoch from Lorient proposes impeccable gastronomy from the sea in a lovely blue and gold décor nestled in Lorient city centre. There is also a fine grocery store.

  • Julien Corderoch learnt to cook with this great-grandmother. It was therefore only natural for him to name his establishment after her. Just imagine that 10 years ago he was an apprentice here! The local boy likes feeling “at home”, which is why his kitchen opens onto the little dining room, which is very carefully decorated and can welcome 22 people. There is just one meat dish on the menu. He prefers instead fish from sustainable fishing, such as mullet, which he prepares as just-seared...

The local boy likes feeling “at home”, which is why his kitchen opens onto the little dining room, which is very carefully decorated and can welcome 22 people. There is just one meat dish on the menu. He prefers instead fish from sustainable fishing, such as mullet, which he prepares as just-seared tataki accompanied with white cheese curd with home-made mimosa oil and Asian pears. Everything you can enjoy in the restaurant - wines, spices and chocolate - can also be purchased in the adjoining boutique.
