Christophe Hordé has been making craft beers for six years. Based in Gaël, near Brocéliande, this gold medal winner at the Breton beer competition in 2017 develops "Franco-Belgian" recipes, made only from barley, wheat or buckwheat, and very malty! White, blonde, amber, brown... 3 brands of beers are available: Gaëlle, Gâvraise and Sarrazine. In addition to offering them for sale, Christophe organises concert evenings every other weekend in his wood-panelled brewery. Irish music, Celtic folk...
