Small museum but great variety! Corals, molluscs, crustaceans, starfish, sea urchins... The Brigoudou association's permanent exhibition shows a whole ocean in a window. Small museum but great variety! Corals, molluscs, crustaceans, starfish, sea urchins... The Brigoudou association's permanent exhibition shows a whole ocean in a window. For the pleasure of the eyes and the biodiversity. Built up by passionate fishermen, the collection honours the animals living in the Channel and the Atlantic Ocean. Many of them can be seen on the foreshore. Sumptuous shellfish from the tropics are also on display. Microscopes and magnifying glasses are available to examine certain specimens carefully. The museum has cleverly set up a play and reading room for the youngest visitors. It allows parents to follow the visit with peace of mind - preferably with a guide to better understand the sometimes surprising way of life of these funny little creatures. Are you curious about algae? Take part in an outing to discover them in situ.
