Bike and surfboard hire, beach shop, cafeteria and bouncy castles for the kids... To get the most out of your stay in Sable d'Or les Pins, the Nord Ouest shop is a must.On the north coast, the seaside resort of Sable-d'Or-les-Pins stands out from the rest with its long white sandy beach. At the Nord Ouest shop, which has the “Accueil Vélo” quality label, you can rent a bike, even an electric one or with a trailer for the kids, unless you prefer a 'rosalie', a bike for 2 to 8 people. Once you’re kitted out, off you go to the Sables-d’Or marshes at low-tide, where you’ll take the submersible road that crosses through a conservation area dotted with some remarkable works of civil engineering. Make sure you don’t miss winding your way along to Cap d'Erquy, Cap Fréhel or La Latte fortress. And on the beach, you can hire some surf or stand-up paddle boards. Need a break after all this exercise? At the café, try the organic waffles and a Breton beer or coffee whilst keeping an eye on the kids on the bouncy castle.
