Under the supervision of Marc Fournier, a former member of the French freediving team, you can join in the activities on offer at Oceagym to work on your breathing and build up your stamina.Oceagym's programme of activities includes sea-wading, aquagym and swimming with fins. Based on highly rhythmic exercises, they all help you to keep in good shape, build up your stamina and boost your circulation. Marc Fournier is a former member of the French freediving team, and the training he provides is all based on the knowledge and practice of breathing techniques. The sea-wading and aquagym sessions are held on the beaches of Plouhinec and Gâvres, while swimming with fins takes place in the Étel river. "It's physically challenging, social and good for your well-being, all at the same time," explains Marc, who was born and bred in Morbihan. "Everybody can work at their own pace, no matter what their level of fitness. It's my job to adapt the sessions to suit individual abilities and the weather conditions." So you can work on your cardio exercises alongside a champion, all year round.
