  • Because of its very strong tides, the highest in Europe, St-Malo Bay is full of interesting underwater life that you probably don’t realise is present. Discover this with your family during an underwater trip that children and adults are not likely to forget.

Setting out from St-Malo, the whole family can climb aboard an ideal boat and head for one of the many rocks around the bay. Once in the water, young divers from the age of 8 will be amazed to see the wealth of coloured forests of seaweed, sponges, shellfish, fish and crustaceans. To be able to get right up close to this underwater world, your guide will choose a protected area, which is not very deep. The extra advantage is that there are underwater signs indicating what you can see in terms of the animal and plant life, so this world will no longer hold any secrets from your young divers. You will be able to take pictures with a special watertight camera. In addition to these discoveries, they will be proud to have been able to take such photos. Flippers, mask, snorkel and wetsuit are supplied. You just need to bring some shoes, a wind-cheater, sun cream and a picnic. To set up this unforgettable trip, it couldn’t be easier. Just contact the diving club.
