    The menu proposes authentic and delightful flavours that the loyal fans of chef Franck Letertre demand season after season. The scallop is naturally the main product of his cuisine. Served warm in a salad with raspberry vinegar, or on a skewer with Nantes butter and Breton artichoke compote, it comes direct from Erquy fish market. Nicolas Nonnet, golden medal winner at Salon de l’Agriculture for many years, is the supplier of these exceptional oysters. Sea bass is grilled on the fireplace and, depending on the day's catch, John Dory, cod, pollock or skate enchant the taste buds in generous portions. In summer, the enclosed garden and the terrace are very popular!
