  • The Restaurant du Château offers a new take on classic French cuisine with foie gras, Rossini beef tournedos, kidneys, seafood sauerkraut and more.

First, let us set the scenery – imagine an enormous hotel-restaurant in the centre of Josselin and a patio on the banks of the Oust river shaded by the battlements and the towers of Rohan castle. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? And it only gets better because the Restaurant du Château has just been completely refurbished. So come and discover the chocolate and vanilla coloured dining room and traditional 'terroir' cuisine. By that we mean beef rib steak, tournedos of beef, sole meuniere, Brittany’s finest sautéed langoustines and shrimps, kidneys, Rossini-style beef and sea-food platters, prepared to order. In short, you’ll find a menu full of the best classic French dishes, including the emblematic seafood sauerkraut: classic, tasty and hearty, it represents this restaurant well!
