Philippe Morizot does us good by cooking with organic, sustainably farmed produce. It’s good, it’s healthy, let's go!

The Brocéliande forest on one side, the Brest/Nantes canal on the other, and Le Petit Keriquel in between… Surrounded by good taste, magic and tranquillity! In charge is Philippe Morizot, who comes from the Lorraine region via Paris, England, Ireland and the south of France before unpacking his bags for good (?) in Brittany. A great journey which has left its mark on his cuisine, such as the flax-fed rabbit served with honey and rosemary or the scallop parcel with basil sauce and julienne vegetables… Philippe Morizot loves local produce and his cuisine embraces Brittany. So, of course, he’s only going to work with good ingredients: not just flax-fed rabbit, but also organic eggs, milk and sugar, and chicken from the neighbouring farm… The last I heard the chef was even considering a menu comprising only sustainable produce. But don’t tell anyone!
