  • At the Relais de Lodonnec, between Loctudy and Lesconil, you’ll enjoy the contrast between its country- inspired interior and its sea-inspired dishes.

The Relais de Lodonnec, a former farmhouse in Bigouden country with its tongue-and-groove walls, may have a countryside atmosphere, but you’ll soon remember that you’re by the sea when you see what’s on the menu. Try red mullet, oven-baked John Dory with langoustine coulis and mushroom and vegetable custard, green pollock and other line-caught fish. Okay, so you’ll also find dishes like pork filet mignon, steak or baby pigeon salmis in a spicy sauce, but it’s just to set off the array of fish dishes. There’s also shellfish of course - the ‘Océane’ salad has plenty of it, with seared scallops and langoustines jostling for position!
