With its school tables, stone walls and exposed beams, this restaurant looks like a schoolhouse of bygone days. Caroline's gourmet dishes are all created using local organic produce. On the menu, stuffed vine leaves from the garden sit side by side with traditionally made foie gras flavoured ice-cream and financier biscuits with black sesame seeds and adzuki bean preserve. The dishes on the menu, which are changed regularly, can also be enjoyed in the restaurant's flower garden. You can spend the afternoon sipping one of the hundreds of teas, infusions and different types of coffee on offer. Don’t forget to have a look at the delicatessen and the bookshop before you leave.
